SEEKING ISLAM

#01

Decide to change yourself or get out
of this situation, once you decide, don't look
back at what happened and Allah will wipe away your
stress and make you better again.
"Verily Allah does not change men’s condition
unless they change their inner selves"
Quran(13:11)

Don't give up
even if you fail to get out of the stress
because Allah has planned the best which we didnt
know and so trust Allah and keep trying.
"And never give up hope of Allah’s soothing mercy
Quran(12:87)

Sleep at nights and try to
work only in daytime, as this is
mentioned in Quran and this was
the routine of Prophet Muhammad(S.A.W)
that: "And We made your sleep for rest
and the night as a covering."
Quran(78:9-10)

Kill the negative thouughts
and bad assumptions that come to
your mind as they make you weak and more
depressed. Prophet Muhammad(S.A.W) said:
"My son, if you are able every morning and evening
to remove any rancor from your heart towards anyone, then do so."
Sunan al-Tirmidhī (2678)

Stop becoming attached to money
and other worldy rewards
that if you lose anything in the world that you
are attached to, you become depressed.
"Wretched is the servant of gold, silver,
fine clothes, and garments. If he is given he is pleased,
but if he is not given he is displeased.”
Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī (6071)
